diorabali.com is the online shop of Strawberry Diora, operated by PT Frogs and Dragons, Bali, Indonesia. By placing an order or creating an account you agree to these terms.

Orders and prices

Prices are in Indonesian rupiah. Delivery by Gojek or car is quoted by our admin after you place the order and is added to the invoice. An order is confirmed only after full (100%) prepayment.

Delivery

You choose the date and a 30-minute delivery window; the admin may propose a different time, and you will see it before paying. Please provide an exact Google Maps location and a reachable phone number for the recipient.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel an unpaid order on its page at any time. For paid orders, message us: we make every order fresh and buy berries two days ahead, so a refund depends on how far preparation has gone.

Products

Our products are handmade and perishable: strawberries keep 24 hours in the refrigerator, raspberries in chocolate up to 7 days in the chiller. Photos are examples; berries vary in size and look. Products may contain milk, nuts and gluten traces — tell us about allergies before ordering.

Account

You are responsible for the details you save in your account. We may close accounts used for abuse or spam orders.

Условия использования

Цены в рупиях. Доставку рассчитывает администратор после оформления заказа, она добавляется в счёт. Заказ подтверждается после 100% предоплаты. Неоплаченный заказ можно отменить на его странице; по оплаченным — напишите нам: ягоду закупаем за два дня, поэтому возврат зависит от того, насколько заказ уже готов.

Продукция ручная и скоропортящаяся: клубника — 24 часа в холодильнике, малина в шоколаде — до 7 дней в чиллере. Фото — примеры. Может содержать молоко, орехи и следы глютена — предупредите об аллергии заранее.
